Rice-cooker Banana Cake

My new Tefal rice-cooker has a cake baking function, so decided to try it for tomorrow's breakfast since the neighbourhood supermart had nice over-ripe bananas today!

Had tried a green tea cake recipe from this particular website before. The blogger uses a normal rice-cooker withOUT cake function, so I wanted to test if her recipes will work for my new cooker's cake function.

Her recipe:

3 eggs
110g sugar (I cut by half)
110g melted butter
200g mashed banana

3/4 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt

160g plain flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
(I replaced with 120g self-raising flour and 40g LSA mix)

The cake was ready in 46 minutes! Easily slid out of the pot for cooling.

Colour is dark due to the LSA (lintseed/flaxseed, sunflower seed and almond meal) mix, but the cake is moist and yummy! The LSA mix added a nutty taste yum yum!

Will try more recipes from this website and review :)
