| Yehhh correct texture at last! |
I think I finally got the process correct, but still need to understand my oven better. Baked at 180 degress for 10 mins, then 150 degrees for 50 mins. Cake rose well but did not cook fully. First time I'm seeing a two-coloured cake haha.

So... more experimenting to do. But enough for now... sick of orange cake already ;) Maybe I'll try again next week!
Probably have to bake at 160 or 170 degrees for the second part of 50 mins?
