We wanted to make Boyboy take an earlier nap so we can have an excursion in the afternoon, but how to shack him out enough so he would go down without much of a fight?
Answer: Let him run and run.
So we brought the boy to Changi Airport T2. We love the long empty spaces, especially the carpeted viewing gallery! Not much of a bruise even if he falls :s

Mummy has been feeling that we are sheltering the boy too much. Should give him more space to explore and grow independent and learn from his mistakes (and accidents). So we gave him free rein to run!
He had fun standing by the check-in counters and watching luggage go into the conveyor belt too.
Indeed he went home and fell asleep within 10 mins. Heh heh heh.
Secondly, we finally made a long-due excursion to SAM. Mummy had read about the Art Garden exhibition but we never could find time to go, due to Boyboy's nap routine. So today was a great chance!
Did not like that each parent had to pay $5 to get in, but for the sake of the boy, we paid up. Luckily Boyboy had a wonderful time fiddling with the exhibits :))) Should expose him to such things more.
