Papa and Mummy brought him to Pasir Ris Beach, hoping to let him enjoy some sand, waves and sea breeze. Alas, the sun was already rather scorching, so we ended up walking in the shade of the trees. That led us to a wonderful surprise!
We wandered into an area that had loads and loads of playground structures. I think Mummy was more excited than the boy because there were old-school swings!!!! Yeah!!!! The boy freaked out a bit on them though :(
He was more keen on the modern type of playground equipment, especially those that allowed him to climb. I was glad for that, cos it lets him practise skills he seldom gets a chance to horne at home.

| Went twice on this shaky bridge that his parents were scared of heh. |
What surprised Mummy was that the little climbing seemed to empower Boyboy and boost his confidence. He saw two primary school kids playing on the obstacle course and insisted on trying it as well. Papa was worried at first, but I thought we should let him try it out.
The boy finished walking on the rope all by himself, gripping the supporting ropes at the sides. He was so proud of himself, and so was Mummy! :D

The following Monday when the boy went to school, he behaved differently. More confident, more independent! I wonder if it was due to this little excursion. Will want to bring him there again more often and let him climb climb climb!!!!
